Supergood Reality IV: The Land
If you weren't there you never will be, but here at least is a photo, taken by Gigi Gatewood, proving something happened (actually proving nothing, since they are so easy to fake) and I think that although it is but a frozen moment from the performance at The Land on July 7, it speaks strongly to what we did. Phil Hansen
This guy is awesome. He is an incredibly dedicated artist who defines the word. His works are Seurat-style dot collages made up of anything from karate-chop hand prints (Bruce Lee) to names of dead Coalition soldiers from the Iraq war (He-who-must-not-be-named), and the results are similar to Banksy. He videotapes the process of making the piece and posts it on youtube. And sometimes he then destroys the piece itself. What is Art? Ask Phil Hansen.
I just relocated an old piece I did in July 2000 using audio from "2001: A Space Odyssey". This is my first experiment with a drum machine. 2001: A Sonic Odyssey
